As a seasoned professional in agriculture interventions, he drives impactful initiatives for resilient food systems and sustainable livelihoods through technology adoption and agricultural innovation. He is an enthusiast of nature-based solutions to food, nutrition and income insecurity and social-economic development challenges through his adeptness at maximising benefits of agroforestry and conservation agriculture land use systems. His leadership extends to impactful roles in agricultural extension service supervision and coordination in the Ministry of Agriculture at district level, including through collaboration with various projects such as the World Bank-supported Transforming Landscapes for Resilience and Development (TRALARD). Ephraim is highly skilled in computer, qualitative research, data analysis, communication and facilitation.
