As an expert in soil health, ecosystem restoration and regenerative agriculture, coupled with extensive experience in rural sociology and anthropology, Francis is a consultant to many international organizations supporting agriculture biodiversity in Africa. He plays a pivotal role in environmental/ecosystem restoration, climate solutions, sustainability strategies, and regenerative designs projects aimed at ambitiously restoring degraded ecosystems and facilitating agricultural revitalization and education in rural communities.
In the role of administrative and technical lead, Francis manages teams, field staff and other key stakeholders to connect and align safe and just nature-based regenerative solutions to the interlinked challenges of land/soil degradation, climate change, food security, and declining revenue of farming communities. By fostering collaboration with local communities, governments, and remediation and agricultural organizations, he creates regenerative, resilient, and productive farming landscapes that ensure food security, economic growth, and environmental preservation in rural communities.
