Hilaire is the Elected Representative of the Togolese Diaspora in the UK on board of the High Council of Togolese Abroad (HCTE) www.diasporatg.org

He works very closely with Institutions in Togo including the University of Lome decentralised Municipalities, Ministries of Agriculture, Investment Promotion, Environment, Foreign Affairs and Rural Development with objectives of Mobilising investments in the UK for the development of Togo

Promoting the image of the country and its attractiveness

Proposing ideas to exploit the new opportunities offered by the decentralization in order to create jobs and wealth in the municipalities in Togo

Studying partnership formulas between Togo and the UK

Reflecting on the possibilities of twinning between institutions in Togo and the UK

Mobilize the skills and know-how of Togolese abroad for the development of Togo

He is currently working with various municipalities in the country on projects from: agriculture and agro processing, waste recycling and management, manufacturing, renewable energy, skill development, tourism, Property development…etc
