Description
As a highly dedicated and result-driven professional with an in-depth background in natural resource sustainable management and public administration, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to deliver exceptional service. I am a bilingual and highly adaptive problem-solving professional with over five (05+) years of in-depth knowledge and competence in sustainable management of natural resources (agriculture, forestry, agroforestry, environmental management, & policy), as well as a demonstrated track record of experience in operational and program management. I have proven multidisciplinary and multicultural experience in both local and international organizations.
I first joined TechnoServe’s CajùLab project, whereby I proved my strong abilities as the main data analysis brain in collecting, analysing, and interpreting large data sets (12k ha) on cashew farm management for sustainable production. Second, I worked with TechnoServe as a Policy and Advocacy Assistant before being promoted to Production Operations Assistant on the BeninCajù project for more than two years. I have demonstrated strong potential in building the capacity of the key stakeholders in the cashew industry in Benin in cashew research and development, mainly CRA Center (Cashew Research Center), ADTA4 (Extension office in knowledge dissemination in cashew), and FENAPAC (representing nursery operators for cashew propagation) for the development of cashew industry.
He previously worked with the National Wood Office of Benin (ONAB) in charge of forest restoration and sustainable forest management. I has also been volunteering since 2020 with the local NGO Land and Health Association while promoting advocacy in land restoration and protection.
