A company in Zimbabwe is looking for a debt facility of between US$300,000 and US$500,000 to complete the setting up of a glamping resort and conference facilities in Nyanga, Eastern Highlands, Zimbabwe. The total value of the project is around US$1.4 million, and the shareholders have already injected approximately US$900,000 of their personal resources into the project, which is about 70% complete. The project involves setting up of 30 geodesic domes for accommodation and conference facility. seven domes have already been secured and set up. It is targeted at the high-income end of the leisure market. The promoters have so far secured pre-bookings that are adequate to give them reasonable occupancy levels in the first 3 – 6 months of launching.
